📦 Order Processing
All orders require 2–5 business days to process before they are shipped. Processing includes preparing, inspecting, and packaging your order.
Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
✈️ Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow approximately 7–15 business days for delivery.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, customs processing, weather, and other factors outside of our control.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.
🌎 International Shipping
We may offer shipping to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs delays, duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Any applicable customs fees or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
⏰ Delayed Orders
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays can occasionally occur. Alorah is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we'll be happy to look into it.
🏠 Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, your order may be delayed or returned to the sender. Additional shipping costs may apply if the package needs to be reshipped.
